PKMNA- Beauty Canons?

Not so long ago I realised that Giulia, who was barely 12 years old when she entered Armonia, is now...16?! (wow, where did time go?) That made me wonder of how her body could have evolved if she had a different body type. So, this silly drawing was born. I certainly like her tiny chubby self way better, but it was fun doing this xD
